Williams is only 20 as well.
For comparison, Marcus Stroud was at Georgia for 5 years. In his 1st year here, he didn't start. So he was something like 24 years old when he finally became a starter in the league. Not saying we have to wait 4 years for Williams to start - but the point is that he is very young and has a lot of developing to do. Most people I've seen compare him to Richard Seymour, who would be a very nice player to have.
