Its stuff like that which makes me question how serious Khan is regarding building a winner in Jax, 
 

If you can't believe that you were hiding under a rock in January. We did not have a GM yet and Shad Khan's plan was to let the new GM hire the new HC. By the time he hired David Caldwell, Andy Reid was already in Kansas City.
