As you can see, its a pretty well-balanced formation. The key here is, what kind of personnel will the defense give us? Assuming they stay base (let's say 4-3) to play the run, I feel like our mismatch would be Julius vs. LB and Denard vs. LB. Maybe ARob running a slant or post, Julius running a wheel, Denard maybe a flare.

 

On the other side, you can do some kind of high-low action with Lee (fly) and Lewis (out or corner maybe?)

 

 

Interesting tidbit: see your TE who is flexed off of the line? Not sure if you know this or not, but that was commonly referred to as a "Wingback". When that position was created way back in the 30's, that was the single greatest step change in yardage in football history. Moving a player there just destroyed Defenses for a long time.
