Exactly, DHB was wildly inconsistent at Maryland and no one knew much about Stephen Hill until he ran his 40 after the combine, the Raiders and Jets were suckered into taking those two players in the 1st & 2nd round respectively. I remember watching the 2009 draft (we through draft parties back in college when it was on Saturdays) and called the DHB pick to the Raiders at pick 7 haha, I was joking and was shocked when the Raiders took him.
