Why? Because he's far and away the best RB in the draft, in my opinion. He's a special player and a playmaker. This teams needs special players and playmakers anywhere they can get them. If his knee injury hadn't happened, I think we would be talking about him being taken earlier in the 1st than we've seen a RB taken in a while. I'm not saying to take him at pick 3 but I would love to see him here.

They don't need to be realistic playoff contenders this season to take Gurley...what does that even mean? What's the point or argument there?
