Marcedes Lewis to be traded?
|
Quote:I'd still like to see the actual details here to find out whether that pay cut is just a cut in the base and the deal is chalked full of incentives.People like to make assumptions like they know what is going on behind the scenes. It seems to me like he took a pay cut to STAY with the Jaguars. People get way to bent over trades and trading down. If the value is there, they would hear offers. But making the position WORSE when you have GREAT depth at the moment is silly when Lewis in reality would only garner maybe a 7th. Lewis is still a very productive player in this league. His naysayers really hate him, but he's had a hell of a NFL career. I hope he stays and makes a great tandem with Julius Thomas. |
