Of all the possible reasons to pick someone over Williams I find this one to be the absolute worst.

Give me the I like this guy over Williams... but we don't have two Pro Bowl DT/DE on the roster...Both starting DT are coming off injury and Marks will most likely miss all of the off season and will hopefully be back by the start of the season.
