By capable I wasn't considering Garrard. I was talking more along the lines of the quarterbacks I mentioned in that post. Flacco won a superbowl and he is not elite. Big Ben won two, and IMO he is not elite. Eli Manning, he won two as well...is he elite? We just need someone who can flat out get the job done. If he turns out to be a superstar, then awesome.
