Every aspect of the OL should be improved, as the offense is designed from the ground up to protect the QB. So, scheme first of all. Then when you realize all those rookies last year were missing their OL coach, compared to this year when we have a very capable OL coach, there should be a vast improvement in technique and continuity. Now consider the natural improvement most 2nd year players make. Luke Joeckel's strength should be much better, and Bowanko can work on the more mental aspects of the game as he also gets physically stronger. I think Bowanko has the potential to be a real beast with his size and athleticism. But Wiz may be the better option to run Oley's offense initially. Is Parnell a true upgrade at RT? That would be the biggest question in my mind.

One other thing to consider, and it partly goes back to scheme but also to players. Bortles will have more time in the pocket and will make better decisions, and likely better throws with improved mechanics and proper rest for his arm. The running game will be improved, if for no reason than improvement in personnel - the addition of Yeldon, the health of Toby, and the continued maturity of Denard.

I see the potential for VAST improvement compared to last year. If the OL gets in a groove and Gus's defense plays like Seattle, watch out!
