Is she professionally prepared? I think so, but that doesn't mean that there won't be some resistance from her players in regards to them dealing with an unfamiliar situation.

Whether someone wants to admit it or not, women in a position of authority are generally met with some resistance.  Call it whatever you want, that’s just the way it is.  Maybe not to the extent that it used to be, but it sure as hell still exists.  Ask a woman in the business world.  Couple that with the fact that none of these guys have ever had a woman as a coach and the vast majority of them are very young men, and I don’t see how you could not expect problems.
