This is year 3 ... they better have their guy there now.  Skuta was saying during an interview that the position is much different than anything he's ever done, so I hope they knew what they were doing signing him.
 

 

The position is clearly pushing him to the max, however, I'm still relatively confident he can get it done. Looking at his resume he appears to have all the required skills and athletic ability. I sense he's still at the point where he's thinking instead of reacting, but at some point the game is sure to slow down for him and when it does we should see his game transcend. Keep your fingers crossed.
