Did Luck, P.Manning, Cam, Vick, E.Manning, Rodgers, Big Ben, Rivers throw for 5 TDs every game in college just be top QBs in the draft?

 

If thats the case Manzel, Case Kenum, Timmy Chang guys like that should be the number 1 picks
 

Teddys coach is really limiting him. Really frustrating to watch.
