IMO runningbacks by committee are good in theory but often telegraph your intention based on the backs skillset. When Toby went in, I pretty much knew he was getting the ball. The same with Denard Robinson in his rookie year when he was the "Offensive Weapon (OW)" whenever he checked in you knew he was going to touch the ball so you keyed him. Changing personnel is fine but I feel like they're too predictable.
