Right?  Like why?  Why even bring him in?  If Yeldon was gassed after that big run, then go to a pass play.

Just a real stupid play call...  I totally agree

Maybe Yeldon was gassed.  I get that...

But why run Gerhart?  That dude has sucked for 2 years...  It's not like the coaching staff doesnt' have tape on how crappy he is...

Just really stupid.  Like, do these guys even care?  I almost feel like they think that the entire coaching staff is getting a free pass.

This is free paychecks for everyone, so why worry about actually trying to win?

It's really like who douglas all over again.  Just free paychecks cuz we're rebuilding.  It's a total crotch job on all us fans.  They just half heart it on the coaching staff.  Bunch of lazy slobs.

And then we have actual players that give effort, but what does effort matter when your entire coaching staff is checked out?

They do that all the time, if a runner gets more than 10 yards they take him out. Did it with DRob last season all the time. No idea why.

The entire coaching staff is checked out.  OUT.  They have no worries about actually coaching.  They are getting paid, they suck but their contracts are guaranteed.

These guys suck.  Get rid of all of 'em

while the call was moronic at best and completely ignorant at worst. the reason gerhart went in cause your boy yeldon was gassed and needed to come out one play i would have liked to seen a pass there while yeldon rested. but do you even football "why take yeldon out?" smh he was so gassed he got caught from behind.

Even that, just running it on 3rd and 11 when you are already in his FG range is ridiculous.

It's a deadly combination of laziness and incompetence.

I mean call a timeout if you have to. Put in Grant, Pierce, a keeper by Bortles...just not a guy who has proven he isn't capable of big plays at big times

Cuz they don't care.  The contracts for coaches are guaranteed.  They have to reason to really care with this team.  They know they suck and are out-coached.

They just half heart it all over the feild.

The players actually try.  The coaches...  Man they all suck

I could see if it were a short yardage situation where you bring in Gerhart.

But it was first and 10.

I remember pausing the game and messaging several friends asking why in the hell would they dare do this after that beautiful gain.

How about running on third to set up a long fg at the end? Why not throw?

The whole thing is a joke.  If you have a staff that has no idea of what to do, it really doesn't matter does it?

I mean, dang...  What the hell do they even do all week?

I'm serious.  I think I spend more time worrying about the jaguars than the coaches do...  Seriously, they just don't really seem to care.

They keep showing Gus on the sideline, and he looks completely disinterested.  He's completely lost out there.  It's an embarrassment.

How many other coaches/coordinators in the league would've said "now would be a great time to throw Toby in there"
