I agree The_Anchorman if GM Dave Caldwell fires Gus Bradley and makes Marrone the interm HC for example during the Bye as to not be a huge distraction (any more than possible), and then hires a good HC like Jim Harbaugh (former 49ers HC and Michigan's HC) you know one that everyone could agree is good and has the ability to make this team great & not just a guy who if given a shot might be great (the only coordinators that I would be okay with is Falcons OC Kyle or Titans DC Dick).
