To the general public it was stated as a three year plan when Gus and Caldwell were hired (although privately Caldwell may have told Khan that it would take longer). Now that the third year is hopeless, it has been a four year plan all along.


 

This time next year FBT will be telling us to be patient since the five year plan still has another year.
