Jacksonville Jaguars Vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (race for the #1 overall pick)
|
Quote:those are all true, but my preference is to build a great defense and clowney would be a nice centerpiece. but if teddy is the second coming of luck you take him and you dont look back, but i dont think teddy is. hes still the best qb in the class though, worthy of the 1st pick. I think any Jaguar fan would love to have a player like Jadeveon Clowney, but the QB position is too important in today's NFL to pass on a prospect like Bridgewater. If NFL GM's had data that supported a QB prospect like Bridgewater having a 60% of becoming an Aaron Rodgers, while Clowney having an 85% chance of becoming a Lawrence Taylor, I think most GM's would take their chance with Bridgewater, the risk is worth the reward 10-fold. |
