And I am really concerned about the term "meaningless wins".  There's something soulless, gutless, and defeatist about it.  Perhaps it's because hoping for your favorite team to win is soulless, gutless, and defeatist.  And you know what else? 

 

It's un-American.
 

We haven't bottomed out yet until we get THE QB. Period. Which is why we need to get that 1st pick this draft. If we finish 3-13 or 4-12 and get the 3rd overall pick, guess what? we won't improve much over the next few years. 

 

However, If we finish this season at 1-15 and get the 1st pick and select Bridgewater?....guaranteed we are at  least a playoff team by 2015. And quite possibly a SB rep by 2017.
