If the owner doesn't stick with a plan, who will ever trust what he says? If he says you have 4 years and [BLEEP] cans someone in 2.5 years what kind of owner does that illustrate, and who would want to work for him, even for good money? Not many people like to work for owners who don't keep their word, not to mention IF the deal was a 4 year plan/process, that would indicate that we are just barely over half way through...
