Firing Coaches now will not help this team in the long run...

I think he should be fired right away.
Yesterday I made my points as to why I believe he should be fired immediately. I think he's doing more harm than good as the coach. The sooner we get someone in hear that isn't "a player's coach" the better. If Caldwell thinks he wants to stick with Bradley till the end of the season, I'm OK with that. I hope it's not Shad's call. This should be left up to the GM to make the decision. And the GM should see that what is happening here needs to be corrected as quickly as possible. |
