I understand Khan's approach. He'll ride this loser out until the bitter end. Our next up coming off-season will be interesting though. I'd be happy with either Sean Payton or Hue Jackson as our next headcoach. Of course we'd like to see Khan be able to throw a huge number at a coach like Dungy, Cowher or maybe even Gruden to convince them to come out of retirement but it's highly unlikely they come back into the coaching circle.

But our next headcoach has to be experienced and has headcoached a team before. Payton fits that bill. Jackson fits that bill. The one year Jackson coached the Raiders they went 8 - 8 and looked competent and competitive. Jackson took over the offense for the Bengals when Jay Gruden left for WAS and they've looked a lot better and more balanced as an offense ever since.

Those are the coaches you want leading your team, developing your young QB and offense and calling the shots play wise on offense. Defensively they'll have to find some big name guys as well to help compliment the team. But for our current coach to be defensive minded and for it to be this terrible is aggravating and inexcusable.
