Sure, showing a lack of patience is not a good thing. We don't want to be like Oakland or Washington. But the ultimate question is, have you seen any improvement from Gus Bradley, as a Gameday coach?


Plus, I feel like the motto "wins don't matter" is a poison. That BS will work for young players who don't know any better, but not everyone will buy into it. It'll lead to division in the locker room, and create issues. Either Gus needs to start emphasizing winning, or we need to find a coach that will.


And I'm someone who was willing to be patient with Gus, and give him a fourth season, to go along with Bortles' third season. I knew this team wasn't going to make the playoffs this season. But the team is constantly underperforming, making poor decisions, missing tackles, etc. It hasn't improved in his tenure, and it's very frustrating to watch. I mean, atleast the team has been staying in games, for the most part. I expected 6 wins this season, and the way the team is playing, I don't see us even getting half that.


At the end of this season, Gus will be like 10-37? Not many franchises in the NFL would be patient with a 5-20 record, let alone 10-37. So honestly, I don't see how letting Gus go at the end of this season will scare any potential candidate away.
