It requires vision for one. That is something city leaders have lacked when it comes to down town. We have an owner with vision who has proven to be a savvy business man. You mentioned you don't care if they leave and the city will go on, but it won't ever reach the potential it has without vision and dollars. Yeah, it'll go on, just won't be the better version of itself that it can be.
