Firing Coaches now will not help this team in the long run...

I'm not really sure how many people don't realize this at this point, but this offense is clearly in the right direction and has made leaps and bounds in all stats since last year. This team looks 10x more appealing to coach now than it has been in prob the last decade. Need some actual decent coaching to make the offense that much better and the defense up to at least acceptable.
