I'm seeing more people accuse him on this board of being guilty then anyone saying he is innocent.  Thing is, there is a ton of information they aren't telling us.  To come to any conclusion at this point is premature.

 

Money -- I said the attorney was hoping it would go away, not Winston.  There's a difference between advising your client to not self incriminate, and not telling your client about it at all (which is potentially the case here).  If the relationship was consensual and an on-going relationship there would be a lot to back up Winston's story.  


There's also a difference between accusing him of being guilty and saying he is guilty (which some here are guilty of as well).  Versus saying he's innocent (because he's a football player that a lot of people happen to like).  There's no way we can say one way or another at this point -- but I've already said as much.  Also it's not just this board that jumps the gun.
