Seems like she was encouraged by LEOs to not press charges, which should be a huge red flag for anyone who immediately takes Winston's side. Furthermore it seems TPD intentionally botched the handling of the case, seemingly to provide Winston with some cover.


More facts need to come out, but at is point it would seem as though the girl in question isn't making this whole thing up.



After reading this article, I wouldn't be at all surprised if FSU and TPD just tried to make this thing "go away"
