I cannot agree that the did Winston an injustice.   He'd be in jail right now and Clemson would be #2.

 

in reality, i think his only crime was banging a chick the night before his gf flew into town.  He should have hit it 2 nights prior to her arrival so he could hang out with her for the required 18 hours following sex.  I guess you could say she was a victim of a hit and run.
