Yeah my best friend went to Musicians Institute in LA for about a year and he got to meet Paul Gilbert, who is basically his idol. He actually has Paul's signature guitar.




And my friend was taught guitar by a guy by the name of Tony Smotherman, hes pretty much from around here. I've been able to see Tony live and actually hang out with him a few times and he is a really awesome guy. He actually got to write in the Guitar World's 'Betcha Can't Play This' section for a few of their issues.

He plays around Jacksonville all the time, and I actually had the pleasure of sitting in my friends room while this guy was 4 feet from me shredding the hell out of my friends new guitar. That video there was filmed at Latitude 30 over at the Avenues I'm pretty sure.
