  Russell Wilson's transfer to Wisconsin certainly worked out well for him and it sure looks like it's working out for Mike Glennon.

 

  If the current regime in Tampa remains in place in 2014,   Glennon could easily be their # 1 QB.   

 

   If a new regime comes in and wants to draft a QB with a high 1st Round pick,   Glennon could end up getting traded to a team that believes he can be their long term solution.   While Glennon's lack of weight concerns me,  he seems like he has plenty of the physical and mental components needed to succeed as a starter in the NFL.
