Regarding the Glazers,  my impression is they are willing to spend money on the Bucs team but they have made some decisions  ( Carl Nicks and Eric Wright come to mind )  that turned out badly.

For the longest time, I would have said they are going nowhere. Now, I'm not so sure. Everyone knows the biggest issue in regards to teams looking to relocate is the stadium. Ray Jay isn't getting younger, and in my opinion, it will not be long before the Glazers are courting offers from other cities in an attempt to threaten Tampa. Hell, it's what they did to get the current stadium, with a sales tax increase, to boot.
