As far as the Defense goes the team needs a better FS and CB along with pass rushing DE.

 

In regards to the Red zone offense some of it is OC Greg Olson's fault.  You simply need to look at the goaline/1yard line four run plays to Toby Gerhart to see how bad he is at times in calling plays.

I mean after the first two failures why would you keep going with Slowby whom hasnt proven to be good on goalline situations?

 

The Oline was the worst in the league its better but still below average, but Marrone has done wonders to help them out. 

 

They need to look to get TJ Yeldon the ball more in the Redzone as the Head Coach Gus Bradley had stated (though I wish he didnt tell the opposing teams each week their game plan ahead of time like he did by telling them that they are going to throw to TE Thomas more often (which even had Deon Sanders scratching his head). 

 

The more I think about it, it has a lot to do with coaching...

 

They need to throw to TE Thomas & Lewis, screen pass to TJ Yeldon or draw plays... QB runs to the outside if they are covered.. i mean they have a few things they can do..
