It's a very weird set of circumstances and a weak division  that even gave this team a whiff of the playoffs.

That's pretty much gone. Nope....it IS gone.

 

Now, like an above poster said, we have a crop of Caldwell draftees....fine, continue development but you have to have a stream of players behind them.

This is a continuous , dare I say the word, "process".

This is what will determine how the Jaguars do next year, the year after and the years to come.

We can't just draft players and wait for them to either get hurt or old.

Some last longer than others but they all come out sooner or later.

 

As far as coaching staff.....I'm just not impressed, the chargers were the worst run defense in the conference tied with the saints for the worst in the league. and what does our OC? NOTHING......and our Gus let him do it.

 

I mean....COM'ON MAN.
