While David Garrard had more mobility than Mike Glennon has,   Glennon's accuracy is something that has jumped out.   

 

A major question surrounding Glennon is what will happen if the Bucs replace the current coaching staff.   Glennon is performing well in the Bucs system,  despite the injuries the Offense and overall team have dealt with.    It remains to be seen if Glennon will be a good fit if he's in another system next year.     He might be the type of QB who isn't right for many teams but could be a solution for some teams.
