One of 6 QB's in the past decade to throw at least 16 more touchdown passes than they did the previous season in which they played at least 13 games. Yeah, I know, kind of a random stat. But I'll take those players on the same list and view it as a pretty good sign. Seems like a pretty decent rebuttal to those who, up until very recently, pulled the "how many really good to elite QB's had the kind of rookie season Bortles had". Well, sure, but now he's on another, more esteemed list. |
