He's got weapons down there and he's using them. Good for him. I concur with SDR's comments above. 
 

Glennon will be better than Andy Dalton and it's because he (Glennon) has a rocket for an arm, Andy Dalton has the weakest arm of any starting QB in football, he's also incredibly inconsistent with his decision making. I'd take Glennon over Andy Dalton any day of the week.
