Star Wars the Force Awakens, CAUTION: SPOILERS HERE

#99

Quote:Sure there's reaccuring themes but I think this film is going deeper than the first three I loved it. We have the knights of ren, snook who is probably the oldest sith mentioned by senator palpatine in episode ii, jedi temples, a resurgence of the republic only to see their entire system destroyed in one shot, the battle luke is going to face. Loved the new characters we just got a small taste of the expanded universe and it has me wanting more.

Death Star right down to how it's destroyed and the laser firing sequence, Tattoine, Hoth, Endor, Trench Run, Obi Wan/Han Death Scene, Jawas, Family drama, Cantina scene, overly large holographic communications, Darth Vader mask/voice modulator similarities, BB8 battle plans/map similarity (just needed a Poe hologram), all too much like 4 and 5 for my comfort.
