Kroenke played a shell game with his assets (moving ownership of other sports affiliates to his family members) to effectively block Khan.

Here's something to think about: how lucky are we that Kroenke blocked Khan from buying his hometown team, forcing Khan to "settle" for the Jaguars?

 

If Khan had been successful in buying the Rams, doesn't it stand to reason that Kroenke, whose only goal in buying a team was to be the guy that moved it to LA, would have thrown a wad of cash and an airtight NDA onto Wayne Weaver's desk?
