Also I thought jughead pretty much ran the O.

 

Maybe the brokos just got beaten by the better team?
 

Coordinators call all of the plays on most teams, but the head coach writes the playbook and decides what type of offense or defense he wants.

 

JDR made it very clear at his introductory press conference he would not change anything while John Fox is out.
