I'd be shocked if the demo of the clubs doesn't start this week.  They said the contractor was ready to go as soon as they had the permits in place.  The amphitheater and practice field permits should probably be ready soon as well. 
Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
