City Council Unanimously approves Amphitheater/Practice Fields

So apparently, the Shipyards are still on hold as the city and Khan continue to negotiate over cleanup costs. However, across the river, Peter Rummell is currently nearing an end to his negotiations with the city for the old JEA lot. Rummell seems to think that his discussions with the city should pretty much lay down the groundwork for Khan and the city to move forward with the Shipyards.
