If we're talking 5th round? I have no problem pulling that trigger. And hitting on guys like Sherman/Telvin ain't easy. More often than not it's a miss than a hit.

And if you hit on them like Seattle did and like we did with Telvin? It's the picks like those that take you to the ship.


I know when Anger was picked but the point remains. You're passing up players for a position that has minimal value to your teams success. Kickers can be found in many places.


Picking a kicker is useless. What if he's not as good as projected? Then you wasted the pick. There's a big reason why kickers are rarely drafted.


We need many more pieces than a kicker and picking one this year is a waste. We need depth and potential starters.
