It's a slow boil man, they slowly impose more restrictions a little at a time. Freedom of speech is under more scrutiny than ever before not just a collage campuses but you have examples of reporters being shut down and locked up like Dinesh D'Souza ( http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/...sh-dsouza/ ) or reporters mysteriously dying like Michael Hastings ( http://www.westernjournalism.com/traitor...gs-murder/. ) You have a collaboration of Mainstream media owned by the two party system. Consider the mass domestic spying with operations like stingray completely unconstitutional (http://www.wired.com/2015/10/stingray-go...s-confirm/).

 

There's the attacks on the 2nd Amendment and Obama's open admissions to essentially outlaw everything but a pistol or hunting rifle.

There's the IRS targeting political opponents and being used as a political weapon.
