4-3 Strong-side linebacker:

The strong-side linebacker must have the power to take on blockers and attack the run, the flexibility to rush the quarterback off the edge and the feet to play in coverage against tight ends. A strong-side linebacker must be a complete player in a 4-3 defense.

I mean sure at 6'1", 245 lbs, and if healed possible <4.8 sec in 40 he would meet the typical 4-3 OLB requirements, but if he is to replace Skuta at Strong side OLB (assuming everyone loves Telvin Smith at weak)

he should be 6-3 or taller, 260lbs he should have the reach & hands to hold up the TE & wade thru FB (or whomever is blocking) to get at the ball.  He must be able to hold the edge of the defense (Skuta struggled against the run).

 I would say in the above more towards the 3-4 OLB as a really good SOLB & Myles only did 19 reps FYI. I mean he might be good but I prefer my top 5 picks not to have torn an ACL & not be ready by week 1...

I would think that Joey Bosa could play SOLB he's 6'5", 269lbs, ran a 4.86 in the 40 (but I think hes a bit faster than that), 24 225lb bench (one shy from 3-4 olb above).  I think making him LE is most likely for the Jaguars though.
