And if you don't know the up and coming players on this roster, then you are far too ignorant for me to bother to list them for you. It's not like we don't have multiple young players being nationally recognized.

Like I said, if Gus is the guy that's going to get the team over the hump then tell us who he's developed so far to make you think he can make players play better? Telvin? He's still the same guy he was the first day he stepped on the Jaguars field. Marks? Maybe, but more likely he was always good but was put in the wrong position in tennessee. Colvin? Another one of those guys who is still the same guy he was when he got here. Don't even mention the guys on offense, they weren't developed by a defensive coach.

 

My best guess about why they kept Gus is because they wanted another high draft pick to accumulate talent before they turn the team over to someone of Harbaugh's ability to start going to Superbowls.
