EQ, WoW, DAoC, Ultima Online (the Big Four)...the forefathers of what these children now know as MMORPGs all had amazing communities. That and us grognards always compare whatever we play that's new to our first love, which never works out. I know I wandered between about 20 or so different MMOs looking for an overall experience to what I had in DAoC and nothing ever came close and it got worse as time went on and the graphics got better.
