Wow, dude. We have a franchise QB and a ton of weapons on offense. Added a bunch of talent on defense, have a top 5 pick, not to mention getting our #3 pick from last year back in the fold. This team is loaded with talent. I understand trying to manage expectations, but my goodness if this isn't the year this team makes the leap then when?

It's laughable how you almost verbatim regurgitate the talking points of our loser coach.

"As long as we don't get blown out.." (compete)

"As long as the team shows improvement..." (get better)

This is loser talk! At what point is the head coach held accountable for not leading a talented roster to WINS? 3 years from now if Gus is still coach and is still losing 10 games a year does he still get a pass? As long as the team competes and gets better right?

What a joke.

This team hasn't even caught a whiff of .500 in several years.  A lot DOES need to happen to get there, but unlike you, I tend to believe that they will get there, and that by doing so, it will put them in the mix for the playoffs this year.  Still, that doesn't mean it's an absolute lock that everything is going to fall into place as we hope. 

 

It's not laughable.  It's realistic. Something you clearly have lost touch with.  It's not loser talk.  I'm very optimistic about where the team is headed.  Loser talk is constantly whining and complaining about the team.  You know, your forte.
