Bradley has to find a way to be 2-2 before the Bye

Quote:Isnt it only fair to put the car before the horse after four years? How long and how much improvement this team has to make before u admit that it is the coach thats holding this team back?

We have the talent.. That excuse is over.. He have more coaches and advisors and coordinators, that excuse is over.. This team should win now and have too. Or its on the coach and the Gm!

Do i like Gus? Yes as a person.. But as a coach he needs to improve and improve fast...Or he has to go.. And forget 0-4 if he goes 0-6 hes GONE!

So while u think we are a long shot, I dont think soo, maybe with Gus coaching.. But this team talent wise

Is ready.. And so are the fans!

No, it's not "fair to put the CART before the horse" after four years, primarily because it hasn't been 4 years.  As the team is currently configured, we have the main components in place for 2 seasons going on year 3 on the offense.  Year one of the Bradley era was not about rebuilding.  it was about dismantling.  Year 2 was the first step in the real rebuilding of the roster, and they opted to go with a model that focused on building through the draft and supplementing in free agency.  That continued into year 3 where the investments increased in the free agency market, but only slightly.  Year 4 (year 3 of the actual rebuild) sees the team stepping up their free agency efforts while completing the process through the draft.

Yes, this team has the talent.  There has been significant improvement on the offensive side of the ball with both personnel and coaching.  That focus shifted to the defense this year.  They've brought in upgrades on the defense via free agency, they're getting back the guy who is supposed to significantly improve the pass rush in Fowler, and they're going to add more talent in the draft and late free agency as we move forward.  Again, I think you whiners struggle to comprehend anything that advocates the process, but the reality is that everyone in that front office from the owner to the water boy understood going into this how difficult it was going to be using this approach to rebuilding the roster.  They also recognized that it would take a few years for this approach to start to reap rewards, but that once the team did turn the corner, the method would allow for a sustainable level of success.  This is the year where everything has to come together, and I tend to think that it will.  That doesn't mean that there won't be bumps along the way this season.  You're still going to be putting a lot of expectations on young players to help bolster the defense.  There IS a learning curve coming into the NFL.  There WILL be growing pains.  The hope is that we've got enough experienced depth on the roster now to smooth out that learning curve and to allow the young players coming in this year to be productive right out of the box.

The funny thing is that through your trail of tears, you actually agree with me.  You're just not bright enough to recognize it.  I expect the team to do well this  year.  Better than you probably do.  But, my reason for thinking this way has as much to do with who the head coach is as it does on the improved talent we've seen added to the roster over the past 3 years.  You're saying you expect the team to be in the playoffs, but your rhetoric everywhere on this board contradicts that statement.  You don't even realize you're a walking contradiction.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
