jaguars didnt think they had a chance to draft ramsey at pick 5..

My take on Ramsey, I think this was the top player on their board, but, as the article and Caldwell state, they did not think this was going to happen. Im still shocked Ramsey made it to us. When Bosa went to the Chargers, I immediately thought, Jags are getting royally screwed. Cowboys, while Elliot is good, show again why Jerry Jones should not be selecting draft picks. Ramsey is the better prospect than Elliot.
I think the Jaguars were ready to take Bosa with their selection till the Chargers ruined that plan, not that Ramsey was plan B, but the Jaguars probably did not think Ramsey was going to be there. |
