The Ravens probably realized that too.  It's unlikely that someone trades into the top 5 for a RB.  Dallas probably wanted more than whatever Baltimore was offering.  Free draft picks are nice, yeah, but Dallas probably was hoping Baltimore would throw in more.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
