Good point. I would think young ballplayers are like the rest of us - they'd like some positive reinforcement. If all you see is losing I would think you'd start to doubt your abilities, even though you keep telling yourself it's a team game, etc.

 

I bet the Jaguars locker room is more positive than that of the Texans' right now. (Can you believe that going into Week 14 last year the Texans were 11-1, as were the Falcons.) Talk about a year to year league.
